You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. szs999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from failure to maintain password security. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Before any withdrawal is processed, the Platform requires successful completion of KYC verification. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Each individual may hold only one Account on szs999. If duplicate accounts are detected, szs999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses and, in cases involving deliberate abuse, withhold balances in line with anti-fraud policy. By using the szs999 Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following general terms apply to all use of the Platform:

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on szs999 are subject to specific individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between an individual offer's terms and these general Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

szs999 reserves the right to cancel, amend or withhold bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to: arbitrage betting with bonus funds, placing offsetting bets, use of multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonus awards, or any pattern of play designed to extract value from promotions without genuine engagement with the platform.

The szs999 name, brand mark and logo are proprietary to the operator.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes as set out in these Terms. You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sub-license or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation.

szs999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your real-money balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by szs999's gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Your use of the szs999 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we process it, the legal basis for processing, your rights as a data subject and how to exercise those rights.
In summary, szs999 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance and improving the Platform's services. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which szs999 holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
